DrTung’s is seeking a super-organized, efficient, detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to ensure the smooth and seamless management of orders through the entire sales cycle to facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of our products to our key customers.

Job Description:
• Order review, planning and scheduling with customers, operations and finance.
• Order entry - including EDI processing.
• Develop effective relationships with buyers and maintain customer database.
• Maintain organized records of sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate dynamically with supply chain and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and delivery performance.
• Review and understand routing requirements in collaboration with logistics team.
• Partner with finance and operations to investigate and resolve claims and chargebacks.
• Manage and maintain our EDI platform, including onboarding new trading partners.
• Proactively report on order status to customers and management, as well as generate sales performance reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree - or equivalent qualification - in sales, supply chain management and / or business administration.
• At least 5 years experience in order management and processing, inventory control, sales performance analysis and EDI processes with distributors, FDM retailers, and other wholesale accounts.
• Experience in wellness brands and the Natural industry are a plus.
• Strong integrity and business ethics; excellent administrative and organizational skills; accurate and detail-orientated; excellent time management & problem-solving capabilities; good communicator; customer-centric; collaborative team-player.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP system, MicroSoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook – as well as experience with cloud-based corporate server.
• Experience using an EDI service portal, including trading partner management & data mapping, as well as proficiency in utilizing distributor and retailer portals.
• Travel may be required for meetings and events.
