DrTung’s is seeking a super-organized, efficient, detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to manage order processing and provide operational leadership through the entire sales cycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our products to our key customers.

Job Description:

  • Order review, planning and scheduling with customers and operations.
  • Order entry, including EDI processing, and maintain our customer and order-entry system.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customer’s operational teams.
  • Collaborate with operations to monitor delivery performance and inventory levels, and support implementation of pricing, pack changes, and new items.
  • Partner with finance and operations to investigate and resolve product or service claims and chargebacks.
  • Manage and maintain our EDI platform, including onboarding new trading partners.
  • Research and review routing guides for delivery requirements with logistics team.
  • Performance reporting on sales operations to provide feedback and insights on our products, delivery and service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree - or equivalent qualification - in sales and / or business administration.
  • At least 5 years experience in sales administration for Wellness brands with placement in distributors, FDM retailers, and other wholesale accounts.
  • Natural industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong integrity and business ethics; excellent administrative and organizational skills; accurate and detail-orientated; good communicator and a collaborative team-player.
  • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP system, MicroSoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook – as well as experience with shared, cloud-based corporate server.
  • Experience using an EDI service portal, including trading partner management & data mapping, as well as proficiency in utilizing distributor and retailer portals.
  • Travel required for meetings, tradeshows, and company meetings and events.

Compensation/Salary: 
$70,000 to $80,000
