We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven National Sales Manager to build sales in our target markets, expand distribution, manage our sales team and broker networks, drive revenue growth and scale our brand - while balancing corporate profitability.

Job Description:

  • Develop sales objectives and strategies aligned with our corporate marketing objectives, vision and values.
  • Identify and develop target accounts in line with marketing and sales objectives, and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage category reviews, new item placements, pack changes, and price changes.
  • Develop and implement promotions and advertising strategies and action plans, and manage promotional spend to enhance ROI.
  • Lead a network of brokers & telemarketing specialists to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Implement sales systems, processes and applications to enhance our sales organization.
  • Sales activity performance reporting to enable agile and accurate sales management decisions.
  • Input into product enhancements, new product development and new business opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree - or equivalent qualification - in business, marketing and sales management.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in building sales of Health and Beauty brands in natural, mass retailers, specialty retail, supermarkets, military and select e-tailers.
  • Strong integrity and business ethics; good organizational skills; great communication and interpersonal skills; consultative and collaborative team player.
  • Highly experienced in assessing and utilizing information from distributor, retailer and syndicated data portals – with excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with SalesForce (or equivalent), MicroSoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook – as well as experience with shared, cloud-based corporate server.
  • Travel required for meetings, tradeshows, and company meetings and events.

Annual package $100,000 to $120,0000 plus competitive bonus opportunities
