Omega Protein® is currently looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator for tera’swhey® brand at our downtown Madison, WI office.  tera’swhey® is a nutritional supplement brand providing high-quality, USDA organic and simply pure, whey protein products for consumers living a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.

 

Description and Responsibilities:

-          Drive sales growth of tera’swhey® brand in the natural organic channel

-          Manage inside sales leads provided by our National sales manager

-          Update and track weekly sales through purchase orders submissions

-          Administer monthly sales commissions reports

-          Become point of contact for sales broker requests

-          Handle retail customer inquiries and requests

-          Partner with customer service representatives at our Reedsburg, WI facility

-          Track, approve and manage retailer promotional programs

-          Manage weekly promotional deductions from distributors

-          Coordinate all new item submissions with samples and presentations

-          Manage vendor and retailer online informational portals

-          Organize trade show participation inclusive of product requests and shipments

-          Mange in-store retailer demonstration program

-          Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and support of all demo representatives

-          Coordinate other projects as assigned

-          Attend and participate at trade shows

 

Qualifications:

-          2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in natural products

-          Excellent written and oral communication

-          Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-          Strong relationship building skills

-          Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

-          Ability to travel

-          4 year college degree preferred

-          Natural/Organic retail or sales experience preferred

-          Experience with vendor portals or databases preferred
