WHO ARE WE? We are a small organic farm in Northern Michigan, nestled in the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. We produce two lines of products for ourselves, Food for Thought, (organic / wild harvested) and Esch Road (Great Lakes bio-region / all natural). We are passionate about our food and our food sources. We have relationships with our farmers, we purchase fair trade sugar, we’re in constant search of ingredients that not only meet our high quality standards, but are also responsibly grown and sourced – organic, non-gmo, fair trade.
WHAT DO WE DO? We have a small certified organic production facility. Our building was built with care and concern for the planet, using green and recycled materials by our founder, Timothy Young. That same care and concern is put into our products. Small batch, family farmed, using intentional ingredients. In addition to producing Food for Thought and Esch Road products, we also do product development for others and have a co-pack program. Many of our Esch Road products are available in a “Ready to Label” program for smaller retailers, farm markets, specialty markets, and others wanting their label on our quality products.
