Pancake Organics is young importer/distributor of organic food products, focusing on organic coconut products sourced from Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Pancake prides itself on transparency with its customers and suppliers, and looks to minimize the middle men in the process. Our clients range from large industrial distributors of organic food ingredients to small start-up retail brands.
Pancake currently is based out of Princeton, NJ, but also has offices in Los Gatos, CA and Taipei, Taiwan, the headquarters of its Southeast Asian sourcing operations.
