Wild Berry Market is an upbeat, fun, natural food market that is moving solidly into the medium size natural food store category. As we are growing, we need leadership to take us to the next level. Many of our staff have been here for years and enjoy the culture of a small "family" environment.
Wild Berry Market is located in Minocqua, which is a beautiful place to live and work. Most of our staff enjoys the outdoors during all seasons and the relative quiet we have during the off season. We are surrounded by hundreds of lakes and beautiful scenery. The store even has a dock on a small fishing lake.
As our store is growing, we are looking to increase our current benefits for key staff members including this position (i.e. Medical and Dental benefits etc.). We currently offer PTO and store discounts. Our compensation range is dependent on prior experience and is a starting range. We are also developing a bonus program for staff that this position would be integral in developing and would apply to this position as well.
