Moon Valley is an organic herb farm that makes a beautiful line of organic skin care products that are healthy for us and the environment. All of our employees take great pride in our goals and missions. Our mission is to give back 10% of our profits to helping pollinators prosper. Our goal is to replace nonorganic products with organic ones on the retail shelf, to make environmentally sound packaging decisions and create as transparent of a company as possible for our customers.
CULTURE:
Our first priority is our company culture. We emphasize employee wellness, we provide meaningful work, creating clear goals for all, encourage positivity, foster social connections, we listen and we try to empower our cultural champions. We are the first to admit we are not perfect and that this is a work in progress.
OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE:
Expand pollinator habitat and work towards a pesticide-free future.
We start by following the highest organic standards and by creating a 4-acre pollinator sanctuary on our own farm.
Education and Activism
We share our practical knowledge about the role pollinators play in sustaining a healthy ecosystem and what pollinators need in order to thrive.
Every growing season we host a handful of volunteers from the WWOOF program (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms) to share hands-on learning with the next generation of organic farmers and grassroots activists.
Financial Support
We devote 10% of our profits to help protect pollinators through direct action and contributions to non-profits.
