We require a career-seeking individual who is looking to join a passionate, high-energy fitness and sports lifestyle sales team in Illinois or Indiana.
This Territory Sales Representative role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining current retailer relationships/sales within an existing territory as well as seeking and developing new ones.
- Meeting with retailers for new product presentation, promotional planning, and product education.
- Scheduling and attending face-to-face sales meetings
- Proficient in providing customer service over the phone while traveling.
- This position is best suited for a person who can multitask and likes to travel
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in natural conversation with fitness and nutrition-educated clientele
- A proven successful track record in sales is preferred
- Capability to connect with individuals at all levels within a customer organization.
- Organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Reliable transportation
- Account management experience
- Effective negotiating and selling skills
COMPENSATION:
This is an independent contractor position. We offer as compensation a base salary and a monthly commission percentage with no cap, and we supplement your medical coverage plan and cover approved travel & business-related expenses.
