We’re looking for an Administrative & Sales Operations Coordinator for our growing business. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proactive in their approach, with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. They need to have a proven ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and follow through.
Administrative:
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for the executive
- Maximizing the executive’s time where possible
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Managing expenses
- Conducting research on various topics
- Providing client support
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed
Sales Operations:
- Show Management (including Client coordination)
- Assist with SharePoint Management
- Client Management
- Sample Requests
- Distributor and Retailer Paperwork and Reporting
- Assist Sales Directors as needed
- Other Projects as assigned
Other Requirements:
- Remote/WFM but must be available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Time
- 2+ years of experience in CPG and Administrative Tasks
- Minimal Travel Required: Approximately 6 events annually
- Strong MS Office Suite Proficiency – must include Pivot Tables, Formula Functions, Formatting in Excel
