The work schedule is 20-29 a week:

  • Typical start time:  8AM PST or 9 MST
  • Typical end time: 5 PM PST or 6 MST

  • Experience working with electronic medical records and HIPAA compliant patient portal CHARM EHR
  • Proficient or experience ordering through FullScript, Wellevate, Online Dispensaries
  • Willing and able to learn accounting, scheduling, and Lab platforms such as LabCorp, Quest, Great Plains Labs.
  • Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image

Required Experience:

  • Preferred Two Years of office management experience and one year of nutrition, holistic health coaching, nursing.
  • Computer skills: proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office tools, Mailchimp, CRM, Google drive.
  • Electronic Medical Records, 2 years (Preferred)
  • Office management, 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, holistic health coaching or business management (Preferred)

Primary Job Duties: Manage front desk, including but not limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls using ring central
  • Take accurate messages according to business templates
  • Use of practice management software to track payments, schedule, generate receipts, create billing and manage appoints.
  • Manage our online scheduler which includes client/doctor scheduling
  • Daily accounting maintenance
  • Write emails in Mailchimp as needed
  • Provide office leadership
  • Create a positive environment for patients and doctor
  • Own back-office organization (refilling prescriptions, filing patient electronic medical records, billing)
