JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform daily outbound calls via telephone to retailers within assigned territory to schedule and conduct telephone and Zoom trainings on Vital Planet products. The role of the Product Educator is to educate health food store retailers on the features and benefits of Vital Planet’s product solutions.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Proactively contact current Vital Planet retailers via phone to schedule trainings based upon their needs according to the product mix they carry, etc.
- Convey the powerful benefits of our trainings to stores to help convince them to participate (increased comfort when selling our products to consumers and personal experience with using them = increased sales!)
- Execute trainings via Zoom or via phone with no video.
- Provide free VP product for trainees post training - enter orders into our system and process according to the steps we create.
- Provide updates to sales staff on trainings completed in the accounts they manage.
- Present Associate Education program (AEP) benefits to all trainees (training & free product, wholesale discounts, online tools, etc.) - see attached AEP flyer for more info. on the benefits, etc.
- Assist trainees with online registration in our online BW video training programs.
- Achieve outbound call and training goals each day, week, month, etc.
- Provide world class customer service and support to stores as needed during your communications with them.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma (Some college coursework preferred)
- Minimum of one year education or customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Intermediate computer skills
- Background in Natural Product industry or organic health and nutrition a plus
Salary Range: $35,000 annually
