Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Distributor Relations Coordinator for KeHE. This is a home-remote position based in the US.

The Distributor Relations Coordinator for KeHE is responsible for helping our Distributor Key Account Manager develop our business at KeHE and for our brand partners. The primary function of the role is to support our Distributor Relations Team to ensure each of our brands are properly represented and serviced at the distributor level.

This individual must be able to meet and exceed department goals related to building the business. The Distributor Relations Coordinator helps provide direct oversight and management for all day-to-day business for our brands at the headquarter level, directed by Distributor Relations Key Account Manager and the National Director of Distributor Relations.

The person in this role must be able to work interdepartmentally to resolve issues and find mutually beneficial solutions to grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate relationships with distributor contacts including Category Managers, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Support, Sales Enablement and Supplier Development Managers.
  • Complete new vendor packets
  • Submit new items/seasonal items
  • Submit item maintenance, price changes, discos, and any other product changes taking place on behalf of vendor partners
  • Submit monthly promotions:

    • help organize and file road maps, promo planners, monthly programming
    • ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ensure all promotional calendars are aligned between Distribution and Promotion Teams
  • Utilize KeHE Connect/BI to optimize performance and potential for each brand and distribution center

    • Pull reports as requested by suppliers
  • Stay updated on distributor sales/marketing vehicles and relay new information to brands as it becomes available
  • Monitor and review distributor policies and procedures, helping to negotiate necessary modifications

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Previous natural foods and grocery experience is a plus
  • College degree preferred
