Job Description: 
CC Brokerage & Co is an independently owned and operated multi-state brokerage in the Pacific Northwest seeking an outside sales representative to cover the state of Washington. This position will include working with retailers to maintain optimal set assortment. You will sell in new products, top-sellers, and fill voids; organize product training programs and work collaboratively to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by vendors. Candidates should be highly knowledgeable of the natural products industry and have a depth of sales experience.
  • Plan and execute in-person retailer appointments using customer relationship management software
  • Provide follow up visits via email and/or by phone
  • Audit retailer inventories and sell in new products and voids for every brand represented
  • Organize sales tools provided by vendors to be effectively used with retailers
  • Anticipate buyer needs by maintaining retailer calendars, provide lead time and follow up
  • Interpret sales data and vendor sales platforms to generate sales
  • Help execute vendor trainings, electronic and in-store events
  • Participate in retailer re-sets, events, and inventories with on-floor merchandising support
  • Provide genuinely friendly and supportive customer service
  • 2+ years in Natural Products Industry
  • Knowledge of regional natural channel retailers
  • Excellence in customer service and communication
  • Self-Motivated, demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to organize and plan account visits, communicate, prioritize and follow up
  • Disposition for overcoming obstacles and objections
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales goals
  • Aptitude for negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Dropbox & other file sharing platforms
  • Passionate about natural products, supplements, and the industry
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing product training
  • Storage capacity to maintain small product inventory for car stock
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel statewide
  • Possess laptop, cell phone
