JOB FILLED - Supply Chain Lead

Job Description: 

BIOHM Health LLC is an exciting, growing microbiome data and product company in Cleveland, Ohio, which is seeking to fill its new "Supply Chain Lead" to manage BIOHM inventory and supply chain, which will include the following:

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

  • Manage 100% of BIOHM Inventory across multiple locations: 3PL Fulfillment Warehouse(s), Amazon, BIOHM Office, Medium Term Storage Warehouses, Kitting Partner, and Business Partners;
  • Works with accounting to count and perform inventory reconciliations for month end and year end close;
  • Works with Operations and Finance team to create weekly inventory projection reports;
  • Physically transports boxes up to 50 lbs. as needed between multiple locations and carriers;
  • Place orders and manage shipping of BIOHM Inventory;
  • Works with multiple vendors and places orders for BIOHM product including but not limited to, Physical BIOHM Product, Bottles, lids, labels, Boxes and Dunnage, Gut Testing Kit Supplies, and Partner Projects;
  • Schedules and manages freight and shipping of BIOHM Inventory between multiple locations and partners;

BIOHM Fulfillment Management:

  • Manage, monitor and assist fulfillment of orders across multiple locations to ensure customers receive orders in a timely manner, including 3PL Fulfillment Warehouse, Amazon, BIOHM Office, Kitting Partner, Business development orders;
  • Lead point of contact for 3PL Fulfillment Warehouse;
  • Monitors performance and cost of order fulfillment;
  • Works directly with 3PL to manage inventory, SKUs, carriers, pick & pack instructions and SOPs;
  • Weekly meetings with 3PL partner to discuss operations;
  • Perform on-site visits and audits of warehouse inventory locations as needed;
  • Utilize Shipstation, OrderDesk, Shopify and Amazon software/User Interfaces to ensure timely delivery of BIOHM customer orders;
  • Works with fulfillment, e-commerce and business partners to monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment and order issues in a timely manner;
  • Manages disposition of return orders, works with customer service and e-commerce to resolve issues with returned orders;
  • In-office work on daily basis, depending on needs of business.

Product Development Support:

  • Works with cross-functional team to assist in product development;
  • Sources and projects new packaging and labels for product development pipeline
Compensation/Salary: 
$65,000 and $75,000 depending on qualifications
