Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and developing inside sales in the supplement nutrition market
  • Establishing phone presence including cold calls; creating rapport, networking, building, and maintaining productive customer relationships
  • Leverage and utilize customer networks, resources, and tools via phone/web to expand connectivity and interest across key stakeholders with customers and prospects
  • Maintain all call productivity, opportunity development, and lead response metrics
  • Manage daily sales call activity to achieve sales and market share objectives
  • Liaise between customer needs and internal resources (Technical support, outside sales, operations, planning, customer service, etc.)
  • History of exceeding KPI’s in an inside/outside sales or customer service environment as well as the skills required to be highly effective in cold calling
  • Current and potential sales customer portfolio monitoring sales development plans
  • Provide market intelligence information
  • Monthly reporting of KPI’s

Key competencies requirement:

  • High School Diploma, Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in Customer Care
  • Analytical Skills: ability to deconstruct information / draw conclusions – logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication, research, data analysis, and creativity
  • Customer Focus: exceptional customer service skills, including strong listening skills
  • Organization: Good organization and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong communication skills (written, verbal (listening, presentation, negotiation)
  • Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office, CRMs; excellent computer skills including Google Workspace, Work, Excel PowerPoint, MS, as well as CRM platforms; Confidence in learning new platforms
  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Interactions with different people: internal (sales, production planning, logistic, accounting) and external (customers)

Other Requirements

  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and presents strong work ethic
  • Extroverted and comfortable with communications and long-term follow up with new contacts and existing customers
