Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Make outgoing calls and answering phone questions about products clearly, with a positive attitude.
  • Create and provide a weekly report of new members and new customers.
  • Administrative duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience of Customer Service in the Natural Product Industry.
  • You are an expert at using Shopify for online order placement.
  • You have experience using Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and Using/opening a PDF file type.

This position can be remote for a qualified self-starter. Compensation is more if candidate can work in the California headquarter office in Oxnard.
