A little about this role:
The Retail Services Database Coordinator’s function is to work directly, both internally with our Brand Management, Sales, and Retail Services teams, and externally with our principal partners, to ensure that all necessary retail projects are properly created for use by the field teams and to subsequently follow up with deliverables and reporting. This position requires an exceptional level of organization and attention to detail to ensure efficient and effective project coverage. SARA is our internal Sales And Retail Application (app) utilized in the field and deliverables for our brand partners.
A day in the life:

  • Project Management – the main job duty of the Retail Services Database Coordinator is to create SARA tasks and projects as requested by Brand Management, Account Executives, brand partners and Retail Services Management. You will see this project through from inception to the deliverable and analyze the reporting.
  • Analytics – Understanding, analyzing, and presenting data as it pertains to Retail Services and the final project outcome is key. Continually maintain all project data and records, with the ability to provide updates to internal and external contacts and executive leadership as required. You may be requested to present the data after the completion of a project.
  • Communication – you are expected to maintain a high level of engagement with our retail partners and internal contacts by providing solution-oriented, positive, and timely communications via email, phone, and in-person meetings. This dynamic position requires working in partnership with all departments, executive leadership, and our retailer partners at all levels. This role also requires being able to multitask between fluctuating projects as well as staying on track to completion for all projects.
  • Tools & Training – Ongoing education on all Microsoft programs and internal reporting tools. The Coordinator will continually maintain a variety of supportive tools for the Retail Services team, including principal presentations.   • Dependable, diplomatic person, able to problem-solve successfully with a wide variety of people and issues
  • Knowledge and interest of the natural products/brands and retail landscape is a plus
  • Proficient computer (MS Office applications) skills, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
