The Regional Salesperson position will present, sell, and manage all company branded products into natural and independent retailers as well as some small to mid-size chains.  Focus categories are HBA, Grocery, Cough Cold, Candy, Baking and Front End as well as potential new points of distribution.

This position reports to the National Sales Director.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Telecommute and/or video conference with existing and new customers to discuss our products, promotions, and their needs – approximately 60%
  •  Travel to retailers in the assigned region – approximately 40%
  •  Identify, manage, and maintain the category review process for all assigned retailers
  •  Maintain consistent dialogue with retailers
  •  Achieve sales growth goals
  • Work in a team environment to contribute to sales strategies
  • Participate in trade shows, consumer events and trainings
  • Manage expenses staying within assigned budget requirements
  • On time deliverables

Requirements

  • Sales knowledge and experience in the natural channel a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Motivated, passionate and goal oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
