BRAINJUICE is a natural brain supplement company based in Austin, Texas that was founded in 2013. Our product is a natural supplement that is a solution to providing the nutrients to the brain to optimize brain function (focus, clarity, decision making, and sleep deprivation). At BrainJuice, we believe that food is medicine. We have a proprietary formula that includes a powerful antioxidant complex derived from organic blueberry, organic acai, organic acerola cherry and green tea along with vitamins B12 & C to help protect and energize the brain. BrainJuice is distributed throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assists in developing and implementing comprehensive Marketing and Promotion planning, strategies and product planning for all National Accounts and Distributors to include, but not exclusive to:

    • UNFI
    • KeHe
    • Super Naturals
    • Whole Foods
    • Sprouts
    • HEB & Central Market
    • Kroger (and Kroger banners)
    • The Fresh Market
    • CVS
    • Walgreens
    • Buccee’s
    • Lucky’s Market
    • Trader Joe’s
  • Responsible and accountable for marketing and brand planning, creative, and marketing strategy.
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales activity with Head of accounts to properly strategize SKU marketing and campaigns
  • Long Lead and build presentations of brand to partners, national and independent accounts, and e-commerce consumer brand narrative
  • Expert ability to build, strategize, plan, and execute new product launches
  • Create Marketing and Promotion plans with senior management, company executives, etc.
  • Proactively and constantly identify customer needs, changing requirements, or potential market changes, trends, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the health and wellness category and competitive landscape
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product, ingredients, pricing structure to establish optimization of margins
  • Manage, strategically plan, and maintain relationships / campaigns with media partners, ad agencies, and public relations consultants
  • Exercises judgment in resolving in a timely manner any problems or issues that impact the execution of campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends
  • Manage all marketing and promotional elements to all account portals (updating product images and photography); information, and UPC information or changes
  • Contribute to sales reports and other company reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly that are presented to ownership, CEO, and finance / accounting departments)
  • On-going required industry training, market research
  • Ownership of company brand files, assets and archives
  • Management of Social Media and Online Advertising (including Amazing and e-commerce consultant management) including Content Creation
  • Marketing, Brand, and Trade show budget management and reporting
  • Management of company blog and copyrighting for consumer narrative
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and reasonable company protocols related to planning, strategy and launch of products
