JOB FILLED - Inside Sales Representative

Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated, highly driven, and experienced sales professional to increase sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional people skills, the ability to negotiate, a great eye for detail and ability to interface with the internal team to make things happen in a timely fashion. This is a full-time salaried position located in Long Island, NY. The position requires working for the office Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. (Can be flexible with the hours as long as it is 8 hours a day).

About Us:
We are a contract manufacturer with a culmination of 25 years of nutritional supplement manufacturing experience. Located in Suffolk county Long Island, New York. Our state -of-art manufacturing facility is 60,000 square feet. We do everything under the same roof. We manufacture capsules, tablets, powders, soft gels, etc. All of our testing is done in house, in addition to third party testing. We can customize formulas to meet industry and customer needs. We are a one stop shop, also take care of packaging, design and artwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales manager to define and meet weekly and quarterly objectives.
  • Contact all former and current customers to solicit more business.
  • Become a master of the sales process, including inbound and outbound sales calls and provide. timely follow up and feedback.
  • Proactively identify and overcome bottlenecks, using creative problem solving.
  • Develop new sales pipelines, and close and manage key accounts.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software.
  • Optimize own sales performance and maintain constant communications with sales manager.
  • Maintain records and notes according to company standard operating procedures.

Compensation plan is comprised of salary draw (based on qualifications) and uncapped sales commission.
