POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing True Grace’s end-to-end Supply Chain. Key results metrics are Quality, Service to the customer, Cost, and Inventory. This multi-hatted role requires strong leadership skills to manage complex external networks to maintain short and long-term supply sufficiency. This role will balance longer term strategic sourcing, operating strategy, and growth with day-to-day executional deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for delivering quality, service to customer, product cost/gross margin, and inventory for the True Grace end-to-end supply chain. This includes strategic raw material sourcing, packaging component supply, external manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping to the customer.
  • Responsible for product cost budgeting and spending.
  • Drive long-term results and continuous improvement through issue resolution, identification of waste and/or redundancy and cost savings initiatives across the supply chain
  • As company growth warrants develop the department structure and resource needs to manage planning and procurement of raw materials, production of bulk pills and finished goods, sourcing of packaging components, warehousing, and shipping to customers.
  • Accountable for development and implementation of best-in-class relationships and deliverables with contract manufacturers & component suppliers
  • Deliver and manage 18-month capacity and supply plan
  • Manage 18-month shipment forecast with input from commercial team
  • Deliver new product and commercial innovation on time and with 100% service
  • Partner with Quality to ensure compliance with government laws and regulation
  • Work to continuously improve our sustainability initiatives

EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years of related supply chain management experience
  • Experience managing a supply chain function and supply chain personnel
  • Strong understand of operating strategies, integrated supply chain and logistic concepts
  • Communicate supply chain objectives clearly and convey the benefits to the organization
  • Knowledgeable in planning and forecasting systems (MRP/DRP/ERP)
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Proven team-building and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software Programs
  • Non-remote is desired (when conditions return to safe)
