Are you passionate about the good food movement? Do you enjoy working to cultivate brands? Would you like to use your design experience to support brand lift and success in INFRA member stores? If so, we’d love to have you join our Marketing and Communications Team. We are seeking a business minded and inventive Promotions Marketing Lead to join our team who shares our guiding principle of social responsibility and our passion for member success. This person will collaborate with vendors to build relationships and deliver strategic in-store marketing campaigns and promotions in support of brand promotional success in INFRA stores.

What you will own & improve:

  1. Vendor Marketing for member stores

    1. Create and implement INFRA flyer and other promotional materials using InDesign or other design product
    2. Work with vendors to create B2B and B2C campaigns to increase vendor lift in INFRA stores
    3. Design and develop programs for members to easily pass on the promotions to their consumers
    4. Partnering with peers at INFRA to develop vendor relationships that are aligned with collaborative INFRA and vendor goals
    5. Supporting Purchasing team with current revenue generation and developing and implementing programs to diversify purchasing revenue streams
  2. INFRA Marketing Support

    1. Create and facilitate marketing focused webinars and Intensives (in-person and online)
    2. Create/design content and contribute to all INFRA publications
    3. Participate in general overall marketing/communications needs of INFRA team members
  3. A spirit that reflects INFRA’s core values, including integrity, diversity, engagement, and transparency, along with others.

    1. Find and maintain ways to collaborate with the INFRA team and used established processes for effective communication and program development.

How success is measured:

  1. By measured vendor engagement and success in INFRA’s Vendor Opportunities Program
  2. Through vendor marketing campaign success stories and resulting in increased lift and revenue dollars
  3. By contributing to multi-stakeholder success as an INFRA employee.

What you already know:

  1. How to work with stakeholders to create and execute on mutually beneficial ad programs and campaigns
  2. How to deliver presentations that inspire and teach implementation of B2C Marketing best practices
  3. Graphic design strategy both print and digital; threading a company brand through all aspects of marketing and design
  4. Creating effective flyers and advertisements using InDesign and/or other design software
  5. How to review analytics, understand the story inside them, and how to convert data into an actionable marketing strategy
  6. How to create thoughtful, comprehensive plans that connect strategic goals and executional tactics to get things done
  7. At least 4 years program development, management, execution, analysis, and retooling

  1. How INFRA is driven by member needs and opportunities, aspiring to bring them to the forefront of innovation. We have a diverse network of business partners, including vendors, members, and distributors. These partners have different sizes, needs, and cultures. You will use your understanding of B2C tactics to drive goals.
  2. You will learn how to communicate, teach, attract, and develop our retailers and their staff
  3. The best topics to introduce to members, the most engaging experiences, and the how they retain knowledge from all of this to create a better retailer
  4. How to effectively collaborate with your peers at INFRA
  5. How to apply your innate ability to connect the dots to create the best results for multiple stakeholder groups.

 
*This is a remote position due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but will be located in our St. Paul, MN office when deemed safe in the future.
*Travel (up to 10%) is required for this position.
