JOB FILLED - Central Texas Territory Manager Field Sales

Job Description: 

The right candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter, high energy sales professional looking for an exciting and inspiring position in a growing industry! We are looking for an outside sales rep in Central Texas.

Candidate must have: reliable car, driver’s license, car insurance, laptop, smartphone, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Zoom. Must be highly motivated, have great attention to detail, able to meet deadlines, keep up with emails, office work and reports, and energy and enthusiasm in the field. Must love to teach and train on amazing product lines! Sales rep will be responsible for managing relationships with buyers at the store level, report to principal broker, and keep up with multiple projects and relationships.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Increase portfolio of brand presence and visibility and sales in the area through daily visits
  • Manage and develop current brand distribution and store based awareness and knowledge
  • Process orders, promotions execution, audits
  • Host companies, adjusting sets, building displays, help with resets, apply POS and coupons, merchandising
  • Conduct trainings and coordinate tours
  • Coordination of demos 
  • Keep up with training calls, self-study, and knowledge of industry and product trends and education
  • Proven ability to thrive while working independently as well as the desire to work as a team
  • Attend regional trade shows, events, and sales meetings
  • Some weekends or overnight travel are required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales
  • Experience in natural product sales
  • Excellent relationship management and “people skills”
  • Ability to think strategically and seek out/generate new business
  • Must believe in customer service and thrive on helping people
  • Strong ability to generate new business and meet sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • The ability to plan and organize time effectively
  • Excellent organizational and followup skills
  • Must enjoy being a part of a team, and report to a manager
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Capable of managing several projects at once
  • Must maintain a high level of personal integrity and ethics
  • Must live in territory, and have ability to travel in territory 4 ½ days a week to conduct in person store meetings and department visits
  • Dependable and committed with can-do attitude
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
